Jennifer Joanna Aniston was born 11 February, 1969. Jennifer’s Zodiac sign is Aquarius. She was born in Sherman Oaks, a suburb of Los Angeles, USA.

Her parents are the actress Nancy Dow (22 July, 1936, Cancer) and John Aniston (24 July, 1933, Leo), also an actor.


Jennifer Aniston is an actress in the United States, a film producer and a businesswoman.

She practices Transcendental Meditation, Hatha yoga and Budokan karate.

Jennifer has been listed as one of the worlds most beautiful women in many magazines. She made number one in 2004 and 2016 in Peoples annual list of Most Beautiful Women. The same magazine topped her in their 2006 Best Dressed List.

Since 1996 she has regularly been included in FHM‘s 100 Sexiest Women.

In 1998 she met Brad Pitt and after two years they married on July 29, 2000. The marriage was thought to be a success until January 2005 when they announced their separation. They were finally divorced later that year in October.

In May 2011 Jennifer Aniston met Justin Theroux. They became engaged in August 2012 and married three years later in August 2015. Unfortunately, they separated in late 2017.


Jennifer found acting at the age of 11, at the Waldorf school. She furthered her education by enrolling in Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts in Manhattan.

Early in life she played parts in Three Sisters by Anton Chekhov and The Sign in Sidney Brustein’s Window by Lorraine Hansberry.

Between 1988 and 1993 she worked in Dancing on Checkers Grave and For Dear Life, both Off-Broadway productions.

In 1990 she obtained her first regular television role on Molloy, and also appeared in Ferris Bueller. Both of these series were cancelled early. She continued her television career with a couple of other roles but without good success.

She didn’t find success until her 1994 appearance in the series Friends as Rachel Green. Her role in this series led to worldwide recognition and a number of award nominations.

She received five Primetime Emmy Award nominations that included a win for Lead Actress, and two Golden Globe Awards nominations that resulted in a 2003 win for Best Actress – Television Series Musical or Comedy.

The Friends series ended in 2004.

In addition, Jennifer Aniston also appeared in She’s the One in 1996, Picture Perfect in 1997, The Object of My Affection in 1998, the cult film Office Space and The iron Giant in 1999, and The Good Girl in 2002.

Then, in 2003, came her biggest box office success with her role alongside Jim Carrey in the huge success Bruce Almighty.

Her acting career continued for many years with many wonderful performances in some very successful movies.

On 22 February, 2012, she received a motion picture star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Jennifer has also been involved in a number of other activities, including involvement in the release of Microsoft Windows 95, developing perfumes with Elizabeth Arden, publicity campaigns for SmartWater, a spokeswoman for Aveeno Skincare, and the face of Emirates airline

She has also appeared in a couple of music videos. These included the ‘Walls‘ video for Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers, and the ‘I Want To Be In Love‘ video for Melissa Etheridge.

In 2002, with Brad Grey and Brad Pitt she co-founded a film production company called Plan B Entertainment. She withdrew from this in 2005 and then in 2008 co-founded another film company called Echo Films with Kristin Hahn.


As of 2018, Jennifer is considered to be one of the highest-paid actresses in Hollywood. For the last season of the Friends series she received $1 million per episode.

Since 2001 she has been listed by Forbes in the Top Earning Actresses for 15 years. In 2003 she topped their Celebrity 100 list, base on earnings and fame. Then is 2007, Forbes called her the top-selling face of the entertainment industry, estimating her net worth at $110 million.

In 2014 this increased to $150 million and in 2017 to $200 million.

Jennifer has personally supported a number of causes over the years, through personal appearances and activities, as well as donating large sums.

These include donations of $500,000 to Doctors Without Borders, Partners in Health, AmeriCares, the Red Cross and the Ricky Martin Foundation to help hurricane victims.
